Absolutely waterproof immediately, Sealfix is a permanent elastic compound that you can apply in rain, sun, snow or frost (-5˚C to +38˚C). Even if its damp or wet, the easy-to-apply paint-on formula will provide an instant waterproof seal – perfect for sealing gutters, windows, roofs, drainpipes etc. UV resistant, it can be used effectively both indoors and out to seal virtually any surface and can even bridge tears up to 10mm. Asbestos free.
